Job Description

Field Service for CMS products, OPT products and other instruments of Industrial Measurements Business Area (CMS: Continuous Monitoring System, OPT: Optimus DGA monitoring System)

Installation and Validation service, Customer training, Onsite calibration service, Mapping service

Customer support including telephone and e-mail base support, onsite support, annual maintenance, troubleshooting

Project management, including installation, validation, calibration, Mapping

Reporting and documentation, Sales Support, Site survey

Require frequent domestic travel and international travel some case

※ Approximately 80% of work involves domestic travel with overnight stays at customer facilities, factories, and laboratories nationwide

Qualifications and Requirements

University graduate or Technical College graduate, Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred

2+ years of experience in field service or related work in electrical/electronic, mechanical, semiconductor, medical devices, measurement, industrial, analytical, or network equipment

Ability to work independently with self-motivation

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail

Preferred Skill / Experience but not required

Knowledge of IT network and IT qualification, Information Technology Passport, Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination and CCNA

Knowledge of computer, virtual server and AWS, Azure

Knowledge of Encompasses instrumentation

Electrotechnical Qualification, Class 3 Electrician

Knowledge of low voltage analog signal wiring and basic circuit diagnostics

Familiarity with FDA regulated GxP and IQOQ protocols

English communication skills
