Missions
As part of the constant growth and development of our activities in the wind energy market, Vaisala France SAS is recruiting a "Product & Offering Manager  – Wind Power", in order to strengthen our "Renewable Energy Business" team.

Reporting to the Head of Market & Offering, you will be in charge of driving the wind turbine sensors offering, from market analysis to product and business development strategy.

The market you will be in charge is the global wind turbine sensors market. The products are in particularly wind lidars, anemometers and environmental sensors. Externally you will work with wind turbine manufacturers, wind farm developers and operators, expert service providers and industry opinion leaders. Internally you will work with product development teams, sales team, science team and marketing team.

Your significant missions will consist of:
-    Establish and manage the products strategy with internal and external stakeholders, based in France and Finland
-    Manage the product development and lifecycle with R&D Project Manager and Industrialization Manager
-    Build value proposals, products positioning, competition analysis, customer application and business cases
-    Collect and organize business intelligence 
-    Evaluate short-term and long-term product sales quantity
-    Support Sales Managers and Distributors to develop business, which includes participation to pre-sales, industry events & customer meetings, and sales training
-    Create product presentations, coordinate scientific proofs and sales kit documents with Tactical Marketing and Scientific Marketing

 

Profil
Engineering/MSc Degree, with ideally a specialization in Renewable Energies and/or in strategic Marketing 
3 years experience in a similar position.

Technical knowledge and skills

•    Strong orientation into markets, customers and applications 
•    Can work with high tech teams, comfortable with technologies, sensors and data
•    Can manage product development roadmap
•    Interested in Renewable Energy industry
•    Language: Fluent English
