Logistics Assistant

The business area serves selected weather-dependent customers to whom accurate, real-time, uninterrupted, and reliable weather data is essential to run efficient operations.




As part of the constant growth and development of our activities, we are looking for a "Logistics Assistant" to strengthen our team within the supply chain.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main mission will be to manage and organize shipments and repatriations of systems or components internationally, and to comply with the OTD.

Your significant missions will consist of:

  • Organize, coordinate, manage and monitor all shipments or repatriations desired by LEOSPHERE, customers or suppliers, mostly internationally.
  • Manage all customs documents inherent to our shipments or repatriations, in relation to the CCI (Commerce and Industry Entity) for shipments outside the EU (extension of deadlines, change of status to final import after temporary importation).
  • Manage and follow up on carriers.
  • Prepare transport documents in our management system (delivery note, customs invoice, packing-list, shipping label, etc.).
  • Check and inspect all transport invoices (compliance with estimate or contract) for approval by the hierarchy.
  • Coordinate and prepare the pallets to be shipped (installation of labels and transport documents), and recovery of delivery slips from carriers.
  • Update of information in our various dashboards (KPI)
  • Manage and write dispute letters to carriers. Send all documents related and necessary to transport disputes to the legal and customer service concerned.
  • Manage OTDs
  • Prepare boxes for shipping
  • Manage e-mail boxe



Two-year technical degree in Industrial Logistics or equivalent with experience of at least 3 years in an industrial environment.


Technical knowledge and skills

• Language: fluent English

• Import / export logistics knowledge

• Knowledge of supply chain structure

• Knowledge of an ERP, EXCEL - WORD

• Autonomus
