Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager M/F at VAISALA France SAS, to join our Accounting and Statutory Finance team. You will be responsible of our French entities accounting and statutory finance. What is your role? 
You will be part of our global Finance & Control organization consisting of experienced finance professionals. Accounting and Statutory Finance is a global organization with teams managed centrally from HQ (Finland) and teams located in other Vaisala’s operating countries. 
Reporting to the Head of Accounting and Statutory Finance (located in Finland), your main responsibilities will be to: 
•    Prepare general ledger accounting for Vaisala French entities 
•    Prepare financial monthly reporting (according to IFRS) and related specifications 
•    Responsibility on indirect tax, direct tax, and statutory compliance processes and reporting for French entities in co-operation with external service provider
•    Responsibility on annual financial statements (according to French GAAP) 
•    Interface with the CSE
•    Co-operation with centralized finance function located in Finland
•    Support the country leadership team with statutory finance related topics
•    Contribute to different projects in your expertise area

What are you going to bring?
Minimum Higher diploma in accounting or finance such as DSCG and minimum 8 years as a chief accountant, financial controller, finance manager or similar role in publicly listed companies, accountancy companies or from an international and industrial companies.
Technical knowledge and skills :
-    Strong knowledge of French GAAP and good knowledge on IFRS and local taxation
-    Strong analytical skills
-    Fluent in English and French (read, spoken, written)
-    SAP ERP user experience
Interpersonal skills :
-    Attention to details 
-    Excellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritize.
-    Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
-    Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of an international team.
