The business area serves selected weather-dependent customers to whom accurate, real-time, uninterrupted, and reliable weather data is essential to run efficient operations.



As part of the constant growth and development of our activities, Leosphere is recruiting a “Buyer”, in order to strengthen our team within the supply chain.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main mission will be to manage supplies and all the suppliers in your scope.

Your main missions will be as follows:

- Follow the execution of orders in accordance with the Purchasing strategy, and maintain the supplier relationship: if necessary, call again suppliers to limit delivery errors or delays

- Guarantee the supply of components:

o By monitoring price, lead time, plan or component reference, quality standard, procurement mechanism, etc.

o According to internal requests from manufacturing schedules, after-sales service, and other internal customers.

o According to the authorized stock level

- Anticipate and resolve supply chain shortages:

o Coordinate with the Stock and Manufacturing teams to anticipate component supply needs and risks.

o Follow the execution of orders, and maintain the supplier relationship: if necessary, contact the suppliers to limit delivery errors or delays

o Identify critical suppliers in terms of their ability to deliver on time

o Apply the necessary monitoring and control action plans with these suppliers to ensure control.

o Design new methods and operating processes to avoid future disruptions

- Follow the calculation of needs and maintain the supply information of the database (ERP: EBS / ASCP - SAP)



Two-year Technical or University degree in Industrial Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent with at least 3 years experiences in an industrial environment.


Technical knowledge and skills

  • Language: fluent English
  • Knowledge of supplies and purchasing strategy
  • Knowledge of the organizational principles of a supply chain
  • Knowledge of an ERP, EXCEL – WORD


Interpersonnel skills

  • Strong customer orientation
  • Teamplayer
  • Sense of dialogue and listening.
  • Autonomus
