Your primary responsibility in this role is to sales/service coordination work for our broad industrial measurement instruments offering.
You will report to the Head of Inside Sales and Order Management.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years’ experience technical sales and Service coordination and order management. This person should be meticulous in nature ensuring that there are no mistakes when entering the order.
The position is located in Mumbai, India.
Key responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Perform all related to order management once the Purchase Order is received from the customer including
- Checking customer purchase orders to ensure that configuration and pricing is correct.
- Enter the order to our CPQ/SAP system correctly and without mistakes.
- Checking the delivery time and ensuring that an order confirmation has been sent out.
- Coordinate with the customer and ensuring that changes post order are accommodated whenever possible.
- Following up with production planner to ensure that orders are shipped on time.
- Perform all related to service coordination once the Purchase Order is received from the customer including
- Checking the helpdesk queue and allocating the helpdesk cases to correct support person.
- Day to day management of service request in collaboration with delivery teams
- Checking customer service orders to ensure that configuration and pricing is correct.
- Coordinating the return of the goods to our calibration center in Helsinki for service.
- Checking the delivery time and ensuring that an RMA and order confirmation has been sent out.
- Ensuring the returned goods reaches the end user in at timely manner including ensure issues related to custom clearance are sorted.
- Responsible for service invoicing.
- Willing to share the workload responsibility between the different order management persons.

Qualifications:
- A Diploma or B.Sc. in Engineering (Preferably Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical)
- Experience in order management is crucial.
- Knowledgeable in using IT Systems (CPQ/Salesforce, SAP)
- Fluency in English is mandatory
