Finance Specialist

We are looking for a FINANCE SPECIALIST to join our global Finance & Control organization at Vaisala India in Mumbai.

What's your role?

You will be part of our finance team in India. You will report to our local Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Review of employee expenses as per company policies and timely processing the payments.
• Responsible for regular booking of all vendor related invoices, TDS calculations and regular payments as per due dates.
• Maintaining financial records for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconciliation of bank balances.
• Assisting with Audit and Ad hoc projects.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor of Commerce (com.) or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field. CA's and CMA's will be provided
• Around 1-3 years for relevant work experience in an international business.
• Strong knowledge of accounting.
• Team player with very good communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience in ERP applications is a benefit.
