Revenue Operations Specialist
We are looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Lifecycle Management team in Espoo, Finland or Minneapolis, US. What will you do?
In this role, you will join the Xweather’s Revenue Lifecycle team and execute various revenue operations efficiently and in collaboration with other teams and customers. Based on the experience that you will get from the hands-on execution; you will also support the development of our revenue-related processes and tools. In this way, you will contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of workflows across subscription quoting, revenue recognition, billing, collections, dunning, and reporting.
You will be working closely with sales & customer success, revenue management, revenue operations and automation, finance and legal. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems and processes, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to grow their expertise in revenue lifecycle management within a dynamic SaaS and DaaS environment. You will report to the Director, Portfolio Management.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Revenue Lifecycle Operations:
- Execute the different elements of the revenue process, work with necessary tools and cross-functionally with colleagues.
- In concrete terms, this includes onboarding us as a new vendor to the customer, managing purchase order (PO) flows, managing selected invoicing related workflows – like invoice credit notes and voids, invoice re-issuing after a credit note or void, support payment reconciliation.
- Based on your practical experience from the above tasks, assist in the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of revenue-related guidelines, processes, tools and metrics (e.g., order-to-cash, billing, revenue recognition, bookings, dunning).
- Identify inefficiencies and support initiatives to enhance process performance and scalability.
2. Data Accuracy and Integrity:
- Maintain accurate customer, subscription, and revenue data across systems such as Salesforce and Stripe.
- Support data validation and reconciliation efforts to ensure consistency across teams.
3. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, product, finance, and legal to ensure smooth execution of revenue processes.
- You will also work with customers with revenue operations related tasks.
What will you bring?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, production economics, engineering, or a related field — or few years of experience in a relevant business or operations role.
- Strong interest in revenue operations and a motivation to grow into the role and potentially further in the field of revenue lifecycle management, whether you're early in your career or transitioning from another function.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and processes.
- Ability to analyze, understand, and work across a wide range of interconnected systems and processes.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a hands-on attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently, effective time and self-management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Experience with MS office products is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with Stripe is a plus

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $65,000-85,000 annually. (Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
