-
Improve the developer experience. Prioritize onboarding, documentation, examples, and integration improvements that help customers move from evaluation to production.
-
Manage the product lifecycle. Lead launches, API version transitions, deprecations, and sunset decisions, including customer communication and migration plans for the installed base. Evaluate outcomes and adjust priorities based on evidence.

3+ years as a product manager for technical products, where you owned the roadmap and were accountable for its business results.

Understanding of product-led growth, including free tiers, trial-to-paid conversion, usage-based pricing, retention, and expansion.
-
Practical familiarity with AI-assisted development and AI applications that consume APIs or data services, and the ability to translate those changes into product priorities.
-
Strong customer discovery, technical communication, and written requirements skills, with sound judgment, organization, and follow-through.
-
Availability to collaborate with US-based engineering teams and customers during core US business hours.
-
Relevant experience may come from product management or another technical role with substantial product ownership.
