Team Leader, Instrument Factory

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Instrument factory organization at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa.

You will be leading a Manufacturing team consisting of hard-working assembly professionals. Vaisala’s Instrument factory is responsible for manufacturing industrial measurement solutions for selected niche markets. We work with a variety of industries and our products solve our customers’ problems better than anybody else. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to contribute to Vaisala’s success in maintaining high reliability and improving efficiency and scalability of our operations. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with your own team and talented colleagues across the Vaisala organization. You will report to Tapani Salminen, Director Instrument Factory.

  • previous experience from assembly work in production line – experience from lean production is valued

Being available and present for you team is important in building trust and helping your team to succeed. Hence, in this position your presence is needed in our Instrument factory.
