Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for Customer Experience Manager to join our Life Cycle Services organization in Vaisala Industrial Measurements business area. You will be responsible to ensure Customer Experience on our services is outstanding. Currently, the Life Cycle Services organization delivers startup, training, calibration, maintenance and other expert services for Vaisala customers with operational service teams located around globe.

We have made a blueprint to improve Customer Experience, but are missing implementation hands. The role is practice-oriented and main duties will include Customer Experience monitoring and development and strengthening the Customer service culture in our operational service teams. The position is based at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. Customer Experience Manager will be part of the service development team.


The work will be done in close co-operation with relevant stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include:        

  • Managing Customer Experience in Life Cycle Services
  • Maintain and develop Customer feedback processes and tools
  • Monitor and process Customer feedback together with operational service teams
  • Reinforce Customer-oriented thinking, Customer communication and Customer service culture in operational service teams
  • Maintain our service vision and coordinate development towards it
  • Act as a Customer Experience specialist in business and operational development projects


To be successful in this role, we're searching for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of change management experience
  • Good understanding of Customer Experience management
  • Service design experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Energetic can-do attitude
