Warehouse Worker

We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our Logistics team at Vaisala in our headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.

What’s your role?

You will be part of our Logistics team. As a Warehouse Worker, your main responsibility is to operate a high-level order picker forklift safely and professionally in our high-bay warehouse environment.

In addition to forklift driving, you will support other warehouse tasks when needed. The work is physical and requires standing, moving around the warehouse, and lifting goods during the working day. In this role, you will be working in different shifts.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating a high-level order picker forklift safely
• Handling, moving, collecting, and storing materials in the warehouse
• Supporting daily operative warehouse tasks within the team
• Following safety guidelines and procedures
• Working closely with colleagues and supporting smooth daily logistics operations

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in warehouse and logistics operations
• Forklift driving skills, especially with high-level order picker forklifts
• Good understanding of warehouse safety and guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work safely and carefully in a high-bay warehouse environment
• Readiness for physical work, including standing, moving, and lifting goods
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as a part of a team
• Motivation to support daily inbound logistics operations
• Strong communication skills in English and at least basic level in Finnish
• Preferable education background: Logistics and/or relevant work experience in the field
