Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work as a trusted and motivated specialist for our customers in our Industrial Measurements global technical support team. The position is located at Vaisala office in Vantaa (Finland) or in Bonn (Germany).

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will help our customers with various technical questions related to our products and applications, provide support over the phone and through email, as well as deliver end-user trainings mainly remotely.


  • Provide exceptional second line technical support to our global customers
  • Conduct both classroom and hands-on training courses
  • Actively contribute to and promote the use of best practice and continual service improvement within the team
  • Ensure the level of service hits the key performance indicator targets




  • Fluent in English and in German
  • Metrology, IT infrastructure, process industry, automation, and application understanding
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management and presentation skills
