Talent Acquisition Specialist

What's your role?

 

You will be part of our Talent Management & Acquisition team and report to Head of Talent Management. In recruitment we work closely together with the hiring managers, advising and collaborating with them to attract talent and conduct professional-level evaluation. In our team we collaborate in recruitments with several functions across the company in Finland and other countries.

 

What will you bring?

 

  • The role is suitable for someone who has previous experience in working with professional/expert level recruitments and willingness to grow into a coaching role

  • We are looking for a colleague who gets inspired in working with recruitments, from understanding the requirements and figuring out the unique selling points for each role to supporting the hiring managers in advancing recruitment processes

  • We wish you to have tolerance also for the routine and administrative tasks as part of the work

  • We expect excellent communication skills in English, which is our team’s working language and Vaisala’s official language
