Supply Chain Development Manager

What's your role?

You will join the Demand and Supply Chain Management function, comprising about 100 experienced professionals, and work within the development team of five experts. Together with the teams, you will have an excellent opportunity to drive the optimization and continuous improvement for global order-to-delivery, demand and supply planning and inventory management processes.

 

Your role will focus on developing efficient global supply chain setup, enhancing inventory management and ensuring end-to-end optimization. You will also lead supply chain optimization analysis, facilitate the development of ERP system, and act as project manager for demanding supply chain projects and act as an owner of Demand and Supply Balancing process. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, IT, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, Product management. You will report to Senior Development Manager.

 

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Optimize supply chain by developing segmentation framework, analyzing discrepancies, coordinating development actions and supporting the teams with framework training.
  • Global inventory value and DOS reporting, end-to-end inventory analysis. Coordinate inventory and replenishment optimization.
  • Lead the development of Demand and Supply Balancing process and tools.
  • At Operations level and for end-to-end process, develop practices to ensure global process governance and standardization across all locations. Facilitate ERP and BI development prioritization. Facilitate monthly steering and annual development roadmap and execution planning preparations.
  • Act as project manager for complex global supply chain projects.

 

What will you bring?

  • Strong expertise in supply chain management, including demand and supply planning, purchasing, and process development in manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize global supply chain processes using LEAN principles and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying issues and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills for engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid project management experience and relevant educational background (B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management or related field).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
