Service Product Marketing Manager

What's your role?

 

You will be part of our Weather, Energy and Environment's Marketing team of experienced and dynamic professionals and work closely with our Service business. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen customer value, engagement, and adoption of our services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful positioning of our products and go-to-market strategies. You will report to the Head of Marketing, Weather, Energy & Environment.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our service products in the market. 
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, and channel plans for distributing content.
  • Collaborate with the service business and product management team to define product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for service offering launches and campaigns. 
  • Work closely with and train the sales and service team to provide them with the necessary tools, materials, and support to effectively sell service products. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of go-to-market strategy and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 
  • Manage the creation of diverse marketing collateral, from brochures and presentations to digital media and video storytelling.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and assess the competitive landscape. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

 

What will you bring? 

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a product marketing manager role, preferably within technology, service products, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, marketing, business or related field.
  • Proven experience and high-quality results in market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
