Service Manager, CRS

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Calibration and Repair Service (CRS) team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. Join us to lead a high-performing team and drive service excellence in a global environment.

What's your role? 

You will be part of our Calibration and Repair Service (CRS) team, leading a professional team of eight. You will report to Service Center Manager.  

Your responsibilities include:  

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Center's Service Coordinator team in line with business performance targets 

  • Lead and develop Service Coordinators team competences, processes and tools together with stakeholders  

  • Securing excellent customer and employee experience, operational quality and safety 

  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time 

  • Lead, motivate, coach and support the local team 

  • Co-operation with other (CRS) service managers globally 

 

What will you bring? 

  • Demonstrated excellent leadership, people skills, and proven success in operations management and development. 

  • Preferably experienced in international operations and managing multi-cultural teams. 

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar leadership role in customer service. 

  • Experienced with ERP – and CRM-system, preferably SAP S/4 and Salesforce. 

  • Excellent presentation and communications skills. 

  • Business and/or technical degree. 

  • Proficiency in English is a must, preferably also Finnish.
