What's your role?

 

You will accelerate the growth of our service offerings and expand our recurring services revenue.  You will work closely with regional and segment-specific frontline sales managers to drive the adoption and sales of services alongside our core product and system portfolio. 

 

Your mission is to strengthen our services business by embedding service offerings into the sales process, enabling the sales organization, and ensuring that services become a natural part of every customer solution. You will report to the Head of Sales Operations and Development. 

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Grow service sales and recurring revenue: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of service offerings across regions and market segments. 

  • Close collaboration with frontline sales: Work closely with regional and segment sales leaders to integrate services into customer proposals and sales strategies. 

  • Direct sales: Directly engage in high-priority sales opportunities to sell contract renewals and expand service contract coverage to equipment without contracts. 

  • Pipeline development: Ensure strong service-related opportunities in the sales pipeline and support key closing deals when needed. 

  • Service commercialization: Support the launch and scaling of new productized service offerings. 

  • Sales enablement: Equip frontline sales teams with the tools, messaging, and training needed to confidently position and sell services alongside core product and system sales. 

  • Performance tracking: Monitor service sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvement actions. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product management, service delivery, and marketing to align offerings with customer needs and market demand. 

 

What Will You Bring? 

  • Proven experience in international B2B sales involving services, solutions, or recurring revenue models.  

  • Experience working with regional or distributed sales organizations. 

  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with frontline sales managers and teams. 

  • Demonstrated success in commercializing services or subscription-based offerings. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English, as well as proven leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
