Why join us?
-
Join us in driving energy efficiency and better performance of buildings and play a key role in shaping a more sustainable future for generations to come.
-
Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to help critical buildings and spaces become more energy efficient, reliable and productive by enabling better-controlled indoor environments.
-
Leading performance, not location. Our culture is trust-based. We treasure face-to-face collaboration with our colleagues, but hybrid work and flexibility are the new norm for us.
What's your role?
As a Product Manager you will act as the “CEO” of your portfolio, being end-to-end responsible of the technical & commercial (sales) performance of your area of responsibility. You will be working in close co-operation with our regional front-end sales teams as well as R&D, operations and quality, and report directly to the Product Line Manager.
You will:
-
Own and manage defined humidity, temperature, CO₂ and differential pressure instrument portfolios throughout their lifecycle.
-
Take an entrepreneurial approach to grow global sales, with a proactive, results-driven “Can-do” mindset.
-
Actively visit customers together with our regional front-end sales teams.
-
Develop a deep understanding of customer application and product needs to define clear requirements.
-
Set the vision, roadmap, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
-
Own, manage, and prioritize the product R&D roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals of the product line.
-
Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
-
Monitor product profitability and quality, prioritize engineering work, and manage product ramp-downs.
-
Actively contribute to marketing activities, driving product visibility and sales.
What will you bring?
-
Solid understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) from both commercial and technical perspectives, backed by professional experience in building automation and HVAC systems. You excel at working in the interface between technical teams and customers, translating customer needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
-
Familiarity with the technical requirements of sensors in HVAC systems. Knowledge of demanding environments such as cleanrooms, hospitals, data centers, or semiconductor fabs, is considered as an advantage.
-
Experience in product development projects involving electronics and embedded software, with familiarity in common communication protocols (e.g., BACnet and wireless technologies).
-
A sales-driven mindset with strong conceptual thinking, deep industry knowledge, and a clear understanding of the big picture.
-
A customer-centric approach, a willingness to travel globally, and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
