Electronics Mechanician

We are looking for an Electronics Mechanician to join our Instrument Factory night shift at Vaisala Operations in Vantaa, Finland until the end of December 2026. You will have the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of measurement devices, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into our industry-leading solutions.

What’s your role?

You will be part of one of our four diverse teams consisting of 80 energetic professionals. The role of the Electronics Mechanician is to assemble, test, calibrate, inspect and pack products in accordance with established standards. You will report to Team Leader, Instrument Factory.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assemble products according to guidelines
• Check product quality
• Report issues to the Team Leader
• Follow company policies, especially safety rules
• Assist with inventory counting and corrections
• Collaborate with engineers to implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in electronics or telecommunication, or equivalent experience
• Experience working the night shift
• Mechanical skills and strong attention to details
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of Finnish language is a plus

Please note that the job requires standing, bending, and light lifting.
