Delivery Project Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Project Manager to join our Global projects, Project CareTech & Service team at Vaisala at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. What's your role?

You will be part of our Project Delivery team of strong professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to manage customer delivery projects across Latin America and Europe, acting as the primary interface between Vaisala, our customers, and internal stakeholders. You will lead project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, project profitability, and technical success. You will report Manager, Regional Project Delivery.

What will you bring?

• Good working proficiency in Spanish and English, with confidence in working directly with customers
• A technical background, e.g. in engineering or related field
• Experience working with customers in a professional environment
• Project management experience, or motivation and potential to grow into a project management role
• An organized and proactive way of working, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Experience in international project delivery is considered a plus
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is valued
• Curiosity and a growth mindset to explore, learn, and apply AI tools in your daily work. We expect everyone at Vaisala to actively discover how AI can enhance their work
