Business Solution Owner, Customer Services
We are looking for a Business Solution Owner, Customer Service to join our Sales and Customer Service team in Digital Excellence organization at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. This position is maternity leave replacement which will be started soonest and continue at least until end of year 2026.

What's your role?
You will be part of our Digital Excellence organization’s Sales and Customer Service team of five seasoned professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop ‘Customer Service’ – services on Salesforce platform within Vaisala. You will manage the lifecycle of the Salesforce’s ‘Customer Service’ – services from strategy to execution, ensuring it supports Service Delivery processes, enhancing productivity. Our customer satisfaction survey tool will be also included in your responsibilities.
In this role you will be working in close co-operation with Salesforce Service Cloud’s Product Owner, Vaisala business and/or process owners, Key Users, Digital Excellence organization and Salesforce Service Cloud’s external developers and consultants. You will report to Business Solution Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop, document, unit test, and validate solutions for production deployment.
- Facilitate solution development roadmap with business.
- Analyze, document, and coordinate development requirements with business and 3rd parties.
- Share industry best practices with business stakeholders.
- Provide 3rd-tier application support.
What will you bring?
- 3+ years of experience managing, optimizing, and developing Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management, preferably in a global environment, with a focus on service process improvement and technology solutions.
- BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with training in Salesforce, system integrations, and business process understanding.
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Case Management, and Admin skills; APEX coding & AI knowledge are a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution design skills with an understanding of customer service processes.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies with strong communication, presentation, documentation, project and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages seen as a plus.
