We are looking for a Business Solution Owner, CPQ to join our Sales & Customer service team in Digital Excellence organization at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.

What's your role?
You will be part of our Digital Excellence organization’s Sales & Customer Service team of five seasoned professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop Vaisala’s Sales process solutions and tools. You will report to Business Solution Manager.

Lead and participate in the implementation, optimization, and lifecycle of the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution to support sales processes, product modeling, and accurate pricing and quotes.

Coordinate requirement analysis together with Vaisala’s business units and third-party partners.

Develop CPQ solution by yourself and together with Vaisala’s business units and third-party partners.

Act as a liaison between sales, digital excellence, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure the CPQ solution supports the entire sales lifecycle.

Ensure that CPQ solution configuration and integration are align with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM), collaborating with Technical Architect.
What will you bring?

BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with CPQ solutions or in a related role (e.g., business analyst, solution architect), with a focus on sales process improvement and technology solutions.

Proven experience in managing and optimizing CPQ solutions, preferably in a global environment.

Strong understanding of CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing, and quoting.

Experience in product data management and an understanding of omnichannel sales.

Familiarity with various CPQ solutions and their capabilities.

Salesforce skills and knowledge are also highly recommended.
