Business Solution Owner, CMS

We are looking for a Business Solution Owner for Content management systems (CMS) to join our Digital Excellence team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.

What's your role?

You will be part of our Digital Excellence team, responsible for the development, implementation, support and maintenance of Vaisala’s Business Solutions. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to have ownership of CMS (Content management systems), support seamless customer experience, and perform development and maintenance activities with relevant internal and external stakeholders. You will be technically accountable for the named solution area. You will report to Business Solution Manager, Marketing and Collaboration.

Your responsibilities include:

• Oversee CMS solutions (e.g., Drupal, OneTrust, Cloudflare, Acquia), including architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and hosting.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to develop a solution development roadmap.
• Serve as a liaison between business and development teams to enhance Vaisala’s digital customer experience.
• Conduct solution testing, documentation, data integration, and modeling while providing support and training to key users.
• Manage vendor relationships, act as an internal consultant for industry best practices, and work as a scrum master in web development area.

What will you bring?

• Proven experience in implementing and developing Drupal or other CMS, including headless CMS and composable architecture.
• Experience as a project member or manager, including working as a scrum master.
• Understanding of Agile principles in IT development and system architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system capabilities.
