Business Solution Manager, Sales solutions


Business Solutions Development team is responsible for development, implementation, support and maintenance of Vaisala’s Business Solutions including corporate ERP, PDM, CRM, E-commerce, Business Intelligence/Analytics and such systems.

 

We are looking for: 
Vaisala Group IT is looking for a Business Solution Manager to lead the development of Vaisala’s sales related capabilities and solutions. The position is permanent.

 

Your key responsibilities Include:

 

  • Accountable for the development, implementation and maintenance of Vaisala’s customer relationship management, customer collaboration, eCommerce and configure-price-quote capabilities and solutions ands well as related integrations to other Vaisala business solutions.
  • Leading a team consisting of Business Solution Owners: ensuring employee well-being, managing employee workload, setting targets and regularly follow up performance and achievements. Execution of Vaisala HR processes related to own team like recruitment, onboarding, rewarding and time mgmt. and ensuring competence building for the team.
  • Acting as an internal consultant; benchmarking and sharing industry best practices in own solution area and providing feasibility studies when building new solutions.
  • Taking part in solution development roadmap creation together with business and ensuring compliance with Vaisala enterprise architecture.
  • Accountable for the Data models in own area.
  • 3rd party management

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an active, self-driven person with good leadership skills. To succeed in the position, you have 7 years proven track record of developing solutions in respective areas preferably in Salesforce.com or Conga CPQ/ecom solutions. Experience in data modeling is an advantage.  You hold a M.Sc. /B.Sc. degree in relevant field and communicate fluently in English. Finnish is a clear advantage.

 

Further, we value a proactive and analytical mindset and understanding of industrial business processes to be able to efficiently serve our internal customers in various business areas and functions. You are also a good team player and communicator with ability to handle several tasks simultaneously in an organized manner.
