  • Lead and Grow a Strong Team

Coach and support a talented team of designers. Build shared practices while empowering individuals.

  • Work on Meaningful Products

Collaborate with skilled developers, product managers, and domain experts to create data rich, customer-centric SaaS solutions and DaaS products.

  • Create a Scalable Design System

What's your role?

As a Lead UX Designer you will strengthen the user experience and design maturity across our growing SaaS and DaaS product portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead a team of designers and play a pivotal leading role in establishing shared UX principles, scalable practices, and high-quality, user-centric design. You will work closely with product management, engineers, marketing and sales to shape how UX is delivered across multiple product teams - ensuring clarity, alignment, and great user experiences in everything we build and deliver.

  • Lead the UX team

Provide thoughtful leadership to a team of experienced designers. Support their development and build a collaborative, high-performing design environment. Lead shared UX initiatives both with the team and across Xweather.

Build and share tools, methods, and insights that help teams work smarter and deliver better experiences.

What will you bring?

  • A proven UX or Service Designer with a track record of creating impact and team leadership. While many successful candidates have 10+ years of experience, we value what you’ve done more than how long you’ve done it.

  • A hands-on design leader who enjoys balancing strategy and execution, leading by example while coaching others.

  • Experienced in leading UX efforts for SaaS product – experience with DaaS and visualization tools is a strong plus.

  • Skilled in user-centered design, usability testing, systems thinking, and service design.

  • Comfortable collaborating with customers, developers, product management, marketing and sales to turn complex challenges into elegant, user-focused solutions.

  • A strong communicator and facilitator who builds alignment and clarity across teams.
