Vaisala Xweather is looking for an Account Manager to join our Xweather Risk team.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. As focus is on growth, You are ready to take on some new client acquisition challenges inside and outside of existing relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Prepare and present regular reports on account status and progress to senior management.

Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the enterprise sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the weather monitoring or forecasting industry.

Knowledge of real-time weather monitoring systems and forecasting solutions.
Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for Vaisala Xweather Sales Incentive plan.
