Service Desk Analyst

Position Description:
We are currently searching for an analytical and customer-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our global team. This position is based in Vaisala’s Louisville, Colorado office.  This is an opportunity to join our global IT team and to support our group IT infrastructure and business solutions in all Vaisala's offices.  This position will include rotating shifts to cover day and swing shifts.

 


Your key responsibilities include:

  • End-user support of hardware and standard software components
  • PC and accessories installation and lifecycle management of IT asset equipment
  • Incident and problem management
  • User accounts and access rights management
  • IT infrastructure and business solution monitoring and support
  • Support for global deployments and rollouts


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Good co-operation and communication capability
  • PC and mobile hardware knowledge and understanding
  • Working experience on supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 
  • Experience in operating Active Directory and Office 365 cloud platform
  • Basic knowledge of operating Linux & macOS systems
  • Basic level network troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, for example Salesforce or Oracle EBS
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $29-31 per hour. (Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).  Additionally, we offer our employees a competitive benefits package which is outlined below.
