Position Description:
We are searching for a Service Manager, Customer Frontline to join the journey at Vaisala in our Woburn, MA office.  This exciting position is a hybrid role-we believe in leading performance, not location. Our culture is trust-based. We treasure face-to-face collaboration with our colleagues, but hybrid work and flexibility are important for us. This is the right role for a person who has enthusiasm to grow professionally to the next level in this area of expertise and confidence to influence and improve. Customer experience is one of the key focus areas for Vaisala. We are developing our operations by establishing a new Customer Frontline organization. It will support all Vaisala customers globally and ensures that every single customer contact is looked after with high-quality service. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Willingness to work hands-on at the same time when developing and leading operational frontline.
  • The ability to develop deep customer understanding, so some customer interface and CRM system experience is crucial.
  • Experience in digital channels and self-service portals, is a plus.
