Are you looking for an exciting internship this summer?  Join us at Vaisala!  Giant Leap is a Vaisala’s project-based internship program offering a great chance to develop professional skills for students. The program is globally organized across Vaisala offices every summer. As an intern of the Giant Leap Program, you will get your own hands-on project to organize and execute with the support of Vaisala employees.  This internship program is 12-weeks long and runs from the end of May through mid-August.



Internship Description:
The Inside Sales team is seeking an intern to assist in gathering support materials to improve sales initiatives, onboarding, and daily work. As Vaisala's product portfolio continues to grow, the sales team is tasked with supporting these instruments. An improved database for new as well as legacy products will assist in the work of all team members, in addition to streamlining the training process for new members.



During this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Collect and analyze feedback from sales team to create more effective onboarding experience.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from sales and product management teams to aggregate technical resources.
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to assist in the generation of sales enablement content such as videos, presentations, etc.
  • Attend team meetings, customer calls, etc. as needed.



We’re looking for students who:

  • Have completed, at minimum, their junior year towards a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have strong communication skills and are comfortable using various communication platforms 
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work daily in office (Woburn, MA) with some work from home flexibility.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong background with Microsoft Suit of products (Excel, Power point, etc.) or similar platform.
