                              Field Service Project Coordinator

Position Description:

Vaisala is hiring a self-motivated Field Service Project Coordinator with experience. The successful candidate will work directly with Vaisala customers to ensure deliverables fall within the schedule and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The key objectives of the Field Service Project Coordinator are:

• Delivery of high quality projects on time and within budget.
• Management of timetables, customer requirements, site readiness prerequisites, milestones, work orders, deadlines and resources.
• Manage project scope, set expectations and maintain profitability.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices, Be Organized and Communicate Effectively.
• Optimize Utilization of Field Service Resources and Balance Workloads
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams that include Field Service Engineers, Technical Specialists, Account Managers, Project Engineers and Sales Managers.
• Bring project stakeholders together to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
• Simultaneously oversee multiple projects from small system deliveries to larger Vaisala systems.
• Take ownership of the customer relationship through project execution and work diligently to close out the project.

• Candidate will handle the order entry process for Liquid Measurement orders, and will assist the CMS order entry Team as required.


Qualifications and Requirements:


• Experience managing subcontractors
• Experience with workflow management and order processing systems, ideally SAP/S4 and Salesforce.

• Experience working with remote resources a plus
•  Experience working with FDA regulated life science customers a plus.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems a plus.
