Industrial Measurements business area serves a wide range of industries and applications ranging from pharmaceutical to food industries, and from warehouses to power transformers. 工作职责:

Job Responsibilities:

 

制定并执行区域销售策略,对区域内的业绩指标负责;开拓与维护客户及渠道伙伴管理;管理区域销售团队,推动市场推广活动,收集市场信息并反馈,协调内外部资源确保公司战略实施和目标的达成。

Develop and implement regional sales strategies, responsible for performance indicators within the region; Develop and maintain customer and channel partner management; Manage regional sales teams, promote marketing activities, collect market information and feedback, coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the implementation of company strategies and achievement of goals.

 

Sales target management: Based on the overall plan of the company, develop sales plans and target decomposition implementation plans within the region, responsible for sales management work within the region, and ensure the completion of established sales targets;

 

  • 客户开发与维护:负责区域内市场开拓,拓展新客户,维护老客户,与现有客户建立良好的业务合作关系,及时掌握客户需求,定期与合作客户进行沟通,逐步发展长期战略合作计划。

Customer development and maintenance: Responsible for market development within the region, expanding new customers, maintaining existing customers, establishing good business partnerships with existing customers, timely understanding customer needs, regularly communicating with cooperative customers, and gradually developing long-term strategic cooperation plans.

 

  • 市场分析与策略制定:及时了解市场动态,搜集目标行业最新信息,分析竞争对手动态,为公司制定市场策略和改进产品提供参考;区域市场洞察与分析,带领团队积极开发新应用。

Market analysis and strategy formulation: timely understanding of market dynamics, collecting the latest information on target industries, analyzing competitor dynamics, providing reference for the company to formulate market strategies and improve products; Regional market insights and analysis, leading the team to actively develop new applications.

 

  • 渠道管理:负责市场销售渠道开拓、不断提升维萨拉对目标市场的覆盖和渗透,与渠道伙伴建立维护良好的合作模式;与渠道管理经理合作,持续提升渠道伙伴的积极性,并维持渠道管理的公平和公正,避免渠道冲突

Channel management: responsible for developing market sales channels, continuously improving Vaisala's coverage and penetration of target markets, and establishing and maintaining good cooperation models with channel partners; Collaborate with channel management managers to continuously enhance the enthusiasm of channel partners, maintain fairness and impartiality in channel management, and avoid channel conflicts.

 

  • 项目管理:不断开发新项目,带领团队积极介入到项目的跟进过程,尤其是大项目的管理,以提升维萨拉的赢单率。

Project management: Continuously developing new projects, leading the team to actively participate in the project follow-up process, especially in the management of large projects, to improve Vaisala's win rate.

 

  • 团队管理:负责区域的人员团队建设,从产品知识,应用经验,商务技能等各方面提升销售人员专业水平和整体素质,打造专业的销售团队形象。

Team Management: Responsible for building a team of personnel in the region, enhancing the professional level and overall quality of sales personnel from product knowledge, application experience, business skills, and other aspects, and creating a professional sales team image.

 

  • 资源协调:协调公司内部资源,解决区域业务问题,保障项目顺利推进与客户满意度

Resource coordination: Coordinate internal company resources, solve regional business problems, ensure smooth project progress and customer satisfaction.

 

  • 与行业和大客户经理共同合作,确保细分行业战略的实施及目标的实现,同时与区域内指定大客户建立和保持长期良好的合作关系,及时地了解行业趋势和动态。

Collaborate with industry and key account managers to ensure the implementation of segmented industry strategies and the achievement of goals, while establishing and maintaining long-term good cooperative relationships with designated key accounts in the region, timely understanding of industry trends and dynamics.

 

  • 销售效率提升:合理规划团队成员的区域配置,通过出差计划管理来和建立以结果为导向的文化来提升团队效率。

Sales efficiency improvement: Reasonably plan the regional configuration of team members, improve team efficiency through travel plan management, and establish a results oriented culture.

 

  • 销售流程管理:充分利用Salesforce,确保业务的透明度,确保销售团队遵循公司的线索/机遇/报价/项目报备/价格申请等管理流程。

Sales process management: Fully utilize Salesforce to ensure business transparency and ensure that the sales team follows the company's lead/opportunity/quotation/project reporting/price application management processes.
